This
is a unique story of a construction manager-turned restaurateur. A fairy
tale of a young man who one day decides to set out to own a
business he can prou dly say is his.
He then set sail on a journey with his beloved Eurasian wife to the lovely Indian coastal region of Goa and Kerala to explore possibilities. There, he discovered the authentic taste of Indian coastal seafood cuisine. He was delighted and decided to bring this unforgettable experience home to share with the fellow Singapore friends. On 1st May 2001, 'the Mango Tree' restaurant was born. The young man is CK Chin and his beautiful wife, Reeny Kosman. |
